To facilitate the payment process of life policy renewal premiums, Middlesea Valletta Life (MSV) has introduced an express payment stand at its offices in Floriana.

Payment is made by completing the details on an express payment envelope, inserting the remittance advice and cheque in the envelope and depositing it in the stand. A receipt will be sent to the client by mail within three working days.

MSV set up the express payment stand in a bid to improve its customer care and service quality and to save clients from the trouble of having to wait in a queue to be served at one of its cash points.

This facility is another step in providing clients with a wide choice of payment methods. Clients may also pay their life policy renewal premiums by cash, cheque, credit or debit card, standing order and internet banking.
