President Edward Fenech-Adami will visit Latvia for the first time this week at the invitation of Latvian President Vaira Vike-Freiberga.

The President will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Michael Frendo, the Malta Tourism Authority chairman, the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise president, the Malta Federation of Industry president, and business representatives.

Dr Fenech-Adami is scheduled to speak with PresidentVike-Freiberga, Prime Minister Aigars Kalvitis, Parliament Speaker Ingrida Udre and Riga Mayor Aivars Aksenoks.
