Archbishop Mgr Joseph Mercieca will be ordaining six new priests during a celebration to be held at St John’s Co-Cathedral on Friday at 6.30pm. Four of them will be diocesan priests, the other two are religious priests.

They are Andrew Borg, from the Immaculate Conception parish in Hamrun, Michael Bugeja (Jesuit), Reuben Gauci and Dunstan Xuereb from the St Nicholas parish in Siggiewi, Louis Grech (Salesian) and Darren Pace, from the Mosta parish church.

On Thursday, at 8pm, an hour of adoration will be held at the Archbishop’s Seminary in Rabat to say prayers for the above deacons.
