The Nationalist Party hit out yesterday at Labour MP Justyne Caruana for her outburst against journalists during the party’s general conference last week.
The PN said that instead of condemning her actions, the Labour Party’s leadership applauded her, clearly showing that the party was ready to provoke and trample on other people’s rights.
In a statement yesterday, PN director of information Gordon Pisani said the Labour MP pointed out the identity of journalists attending the conference and in her speech had referred to them as “snakes” and said “they are not part of the family”. He said she continued to point at the media present even after her speech.
