The price of petrol and lead replacement petrol has been reduced by 0c1 per litre while the price of diesel and kerosene increased by 0c4 and 0c3 respectively as a result of the rise in the international price of crude oil.
The price of unleaded petrol fell by 0c1, from 49c6 to 49c5 per litre; that of lead replacement petrol was also reduced by 0c1, from 52c6 to 52c5 per litre, and the price of diesel has increased by 0c4, from 43c6 to 44c per litre. The price of kerosene has also increased by 0c3 – from 43c3 to 43c6 per litre.
The price of light heating oil remains unchanged and is still being sold at 27c1 per litre, while the price of thin fuel oil 200 has increased by Lm4 from Lm152 to Lm156 per tonne. Thin fuel oil 450 and 950 have increased by Lm3 each. Thin fuel oil 450 has increased from Lm148 to Lm151 while thin fuel oil 950 has increased from Lm141 to Lm144.
