Maltacom’s Call Centre arm, Telepage Ltd, as operators of Dial-It Call Centre has just achieved CSQM Certification. As a certified client, Dial-It was assessed against more than 50 criteria in customer service and found to comply with, and even exceed, all criteria. CSQM International Ltd is randomly checking Dial-It’s customer service role in the marketplace to ensure that the entity’s present and prospective customers are guaranteed maximum customer service experience.

“Top notch customer relations experience is the focus of our business and we are always on the look out to identify and team up with market leaders in the field of customer service. We are convinced that the CSQM standard will serve us as a powerful tool enabling us to excel in our customer service function and to meet our client expectations,” said Telepage CEO Antoine Portelli.

“In an ever increasing competitive environment, with call centre business becoming increasingly more popular both locally and on the international scenario, it is important that we manage to keep a cut above our competitors. Dial-It takes pride in its excellent customer service function and the CSQM standard based on international practices will serve to enhance our customer care experience,” he added.

Joe Meilak, CEO for CSQM International Ltd presented the CSQM certification to Mr Antoine Portelli during the national customer service conference held recently at the Corinthia San Gorg in St Julian’s. Mr Meilak congratulated Dial-It Call Centre for its outstanding customer relations performance and said he was confident that local-based companies were now aware of effective customer relations. Since the certification programme kicked off in November last year, a potential cross section of Maltese industry had opted for the CSQM standard in customer care.
