Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited is offering investors a new service. The service, which is a discretionary investment portfolio management service, will consist primarily of investments in equity, bond, and absolute return funds managed by local and international fund managers as well as direct bonds and equities.

Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited (JMFS) Savings Portfolio is designed for investors seeking capital growth from their investment by investing in a variety of funds managed by various investment houses.

The JMFS Savings Portfolio will consist of three different strategies that will cater for different risk profiles of investors. The three strategies will be called The Conservative Portfolio, The Balanced Portfolio and The Dynamic Portfolio to cater for different investors’ profiles.

The Conservative Portfolio will be the more cautious strategy and the Dynamic Portfolio will be the more volatile/ risky strategy.

Each portfolio will invest in various currencies but will be denominated in euros. The underlying investments in a portfolio will be diversified, encompassing primarily a careful blend of different bond, equity, money and absolute return funds, depending on which portfolio is chosen.

JMFS will select the funds in a portfolio on a wholly independent and impartial basis by researching and monitoring the full range of funds available in the local and international markets. The funds selected will all be licensed as UCITS. Investments in a portfolio may also be made directly in equities and bonds in the local and international markets

Depositors investing in a Portfolio must make an initial investment of at least Lm1000. It will also be possible for investors to make a monthly investment of Lm25 or a quarterly investment of Lm75 or a bi- annual investment of Lm150 or Lm250 annually, provided that in all such cases the investor will ultimately invest not less than Lm1000.
