Four youths were yesterday charged with breaking into a garage and stealing spray painting equipment from inside.

The youths, two from Naxxar and two from Mosta and aged between 18 and 24, were charged with breaking into a garage in Mosta on 19 November 2005 and stealing various pieces of equipment worth over Lm1,000.

They were also accused of fabricating evidence while one of the youths alone was charged with breaching the conditions of a previous release.

Police Inspector Paul Bond prosecuted while Dr Joe Brincat and Dr Deborah Delceppo appeared for the accused.
