This year’s annual conference was once again an opportunity for employees and associates to get together and review Dhalia’s performance in 2006.

Last year was characterised by Dhalia’s various initiatives in environment protection namely the cleaning campaign and re-cycling of office equipment and paper. Brand image and consolidation ranked high on the agenda and its ongoing improvement of standard of service continued to be its top priority.

November saw Dhalia Real Estate Services being recognised by international property experts with two international awards namely the 5-star Best Real Estate Agency Marketing and 4-star Best Real Estate Agency.

Certificates and awards were later delivered in recognition of service excellence and best performance during 2006.
