A Chinese student, Ms Luo Qianqian, who is in her second year of a nursing course at the University of Malta, will show that she has other skills besides caring for the sick at the M6 ward.

She will play a rational Chinese instrument called hulusi and dance for a Maltese audience on Sunday.

The Malta-China Friend-ship Society, in collaboration with the Marsascala local council invited Ms Luo to show her musical skills during a Chinese dinner which will be held on Sunday at a leading Chinese restaurant in Marsascala.

Miss Luo hails from Kunming, one of the most beautiful provinces in China where the Thai nationals who settled there hundreds of years ago, introduced this rational instrument.
