Gemma Mifsud Bonnici, chairperson of the Vodafone Malta Foundation presented a contribution towards the “Silent Warriors: The Chinese Terracotta Soldiers” exhibition, which will be on display in the Salon of the National Museum of Archaeology, Valletta, between 3 March and 31 July. The donation was received by Heritage Malta chairman Dr Mario Tabone.

Mrs Mifsud Bonnici said that whether through caring for our heritage, through supporting the arts and culture, or through other forms

of social assistance, the Vodafone Malta Foundation has embraced the principle of passion for the world

around us.

“Silent Warriors: The Chinese Terracotta Soldiers” is an exhibition of the terracotta soldiers, horses and objects excavated from the mauseoleum zone of Emperor Qin Shihuang, organised by Heritage Malta and Shaanxi Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau with the collaboration of the Chinese Cultural Centre in Malta and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malta.

The exhibition is also being organised with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture and the Goverment of the People’s Republic of China.

Opening hours from Monday to Sunday are from 9am to 7pm, with the last admission at 6.30pm.
