The Team Winner Award at The Victoria Hotel for the second consecutive year has been won by the Housekeeping Department.

This award is presented by The Victoria on an annual basis to the department that excels in each particular year.

The selection process is based on a point system reward by the hotel’s guests through a guest questionnaire.

The Team Winner Award was presented to the Housekeeping Department – under the diligent co-leadership of Jane Mercieca and Josef Sapiano – which was awarded the highest number of points by the guests.

Claire Xuereb, The Victoria’s General Manager, said “It is very satisfying to see that for the second consecutive year the Housekeeping Department has received acclamation from our guests.

“This is a sure sign that the quality of the department’s service has not declined and the award is an excellent way of acknowledging the hard work put in by the whole team.”
