Zoe Chomarat is a French national who has been living in Malta for six years. This, her second exhibition, is entitled Vision on Mediterranean Rocks and is being held at Caraffa Stores at the Vittoriosa Marina.

The exhibition was opened yesterday evening by the French Ambassador Jean Marc Rives and will run until 28 March.

This exhibition, like the first one, will be on behalf of the Abandoned Animals Association, which takes care of 300 hundred dogs, and which needs all the moral and financial help it can get

As a great lover of dogs, Zoe is pleased to be able to help them through her art.

The inspiration for each of her paintings comes from the shapes found in rocks in Mediterranean islands during the sailing season.

During the mild Maltese winter she returns to her sketches and suddenly people, landscapes and everything comes alive with bright colours.
