The Friends of the Little Sisters of the Poor are inviting the public to St Paul’s Home, Hamrun for a lovely three-course dinner with wine on Thursday 19 April at 8pm. The great hits from the 1960s played on a keyboard will hopefully encourage lots of dancing and a few rounds of tombola at the end. Those attending are encouraged to share this invitation with family and friends and possibly to make up tables of 10, although this is not essential.
The Friends of the Little Sisters of the Poor are organising this dinner after the committee got together last month and served the elderly lunch on 19 March, St Joseph being the patron saint of the home.
A donation to help the sisters with their expenses would also be appreciated by those unable to attend. Bookings are to be made with Christine Debono on 7944 4135 / Madeleine deDomenico on 2133 5334 / 7926 0965 or via email on: cmdebono@hotmail.
