Well-known British author Katherine Roberts met Agenda Kids Club members during a special event held at Agenda Bookshop, Valletta Waterfront, to mark World Book Day.

Ms Roberts enjoyed meeting the enthusiastic children who expressed their love for books and reading while eagerly asking questions about what it is like to be a published author, some members even showing an interest in becoming authors themselves.

Many children got their books from the Seven Fabulous Wonders series, penned by Katherine Roberts and published by HarperCollins, autographed by Ms Roberts herself.

Earlier in the morning on World Book Day, Ms Roberts was the guest at another activity for school children at the Embassy Cinema. During her seven-day stay in Malta, Ms Roberts visited a number of schools and inspired students with her wondrous creatures and stories.
