In an event called “Open Doors” McDonald’s invited customers to go and have a look at what happens behind the scenes – in the kitchens. This is where the McDonald’s exciting menu is prepared to some of the highest-known standards and strictest rules prevailing in the restaurant.

Despite the worldwide popularity of McDonald’s, only few people are aware of how their favourite foods are prepared, the discipline that goes into guaranteeing food safety, the food that is on offer on the McDonald’s menu – including salads, happy meals, chicken McNuggets, fruit yoghurts, desserts and the famous Big Mac.

This was the first time that this event was held locally. Customers had the opportunity to meet and chat with the restaurant staff and ask them anything they wished on how McDonald’s each day earns its reputation as one of the world’s most favourite family restaurant.
