Lorenzo Mulè Stagno of Allied Consultants Ltd was the guest lecturer at the Master Class of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School, in Ghent, Belgium. The class, comprised of an international group of participants coming from a mix of small, medium and large enterprises, were treated to a full day’s overview of entrepreneurial leadership.

The topics covered included leadership theory, types, models and attributes, commonalities and differences between entrepreneurs and leaders, a comparison between the manager and the leader, as well as the issues of change and stability when an enterprise experiences innovation and growth.

This visit was made possible through the close relationship between Allied Consultants Ltd and Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School, with successful collaboration between the two organisations in previous projects such as the Malta Enterprise Innovation for SMEs project co-funded by European Union and the government of Malta through the ESF programme.

Lorenzo Mule Stagno holds a Master in Business Administration from Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a Baccalaureate in Education (Mathematics) from the University of Malta. His main areas of expertise are Business Management and Communication Consultancy, as well as the provision of training in various subjects. In the last four years Lorenzo has delivered training programmes and coaching sessions in Business Planning, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Negotiation, Sales Techniques, Assertiveness & Communication, Intercultural Management, and Innovation Management Techniques. He has also been involved in the provision of expert management services to small enterprises and Government Departments apart from being responsible for publishing and communications through his own communications consultancy firm.
