Maltese Fashion Awards Today

Malta Independent Saturday, 19 May 2007, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

The Blush Rosé wine by Camilleri Wines will be served inside the Blush Lounge at today’s Malta National Fashion Awards 2007 at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta.

“Through our Blush Rosé, we have always proposed an image that demonstrates a fresh and contemporary look, that appeals to a market that wants to feel lavish and extravagant,” explains Etienne Mallia from Camilleri Wines. “In line with this philosophy, we had associated our Blush Rosé, from when the product was launched last year, with fashion. In fact, during the launch, our blush models wore shocking pink evening dresses by Roberto Cavalli, one of Italy’s foremost contemporary designers, dresses that blended exquisitely with the brand image of Blush.”

Mr Mallia added: “Blush Rosé was again the protagonist at last Tuesday’s presentation by Charles and Ron of their Autumn/Winter 2007/ 2008 collection. The purple and pink hues used in the Blush branding tied in perfectly with a good part of the collection presented in last Tuesday’s fashion show. Around 700 guests, including local and international clientele, attended the event at Razzett tal Hbiberija and were later treated to our Blush Rosé wines during the party that followed.

“The success ensured by Blush Rosé during this event will surely be repeated this coming Saturday at the much awaited Malta National Fashion Awards,” Mr Mallia concluded.
