The five star Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort has been awarded the Marque of Excellence Award by Thomas UK for 2006. The award is given to properties that achieve exceedingly high standards of service and quality of accommodation on a consistent basis.

These awards are given to top performing properties following the seasonal cumulative results from customer satisfaction questionnaires in which the Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort scored very high points, as well as experiencing very low complaint ratios.

On receiving the award, Ernest Barry, general manager explained that he was very happy that the resort has once again achieved the highest levels of guest satisfaction with Thomas Cook UK Guests.

Mr Barry also stated that the achievement of such awards is only possible as a result of the hard work and dedication of all the staff working within the resort.
