During a ceremony organised recently by the Institute of Financial Services, 20 APS Bank employees were awarded

certificates for their academic achievement.

Lorna Vella Aquilina and Sandro Montebello were awarded the BSc Hons in Financial Services and Associateship of the Institute.

Amanda Axiaq, Angie Bugeja, Carl Debattista, Daniel Bonnici, George Gauci, Sinclair Cassar and Jonathan Bellizzi were awarded the Diploma in Banking and Financial Services. Bellizzi also won the prize for best performing student during the May 2006 session.

Andrew Attard and Norbert Bartolo obtained the Certificate in Financial Advice and Reuben Grech the Certificate in Bank Card Management awarded by the Institute.

A group of eight staff members in the Supervisory Grade have been awarded a certificate for the course “Supervisory Skills in Financial Services” which was tailor-made specifically for APS Bank employees by the Institute.
