Earlier this month, Balkan Property Investments, a Dhalia-led consortium of Maltese investors launched the Balkan Jewel residential project at the Property Investor & Homebuyer Show held in Manchester.

The project was extremely well received by all those who visited the show because of its advantageous location and competitive prices. The Manchester show was a huge success as it attracted exhibitors from all over the world and was attended by over 6,000 people.

At the show, Balkan Property Investment was represented by Dhalia managers Neville Sciberras and Gordon Naudi, who remarked that the response from the first overseas marketing drive for the Balkan Jewel was extremely positive. In fact, participation in other overseas property exhibitions has already been planned.

UK resident John Carriage from Bolton, who visited the Balkan Jewel stand, commented: “Having visited the area last year, The Balkan Jewel commands beautiful unobstructed views as it is situated in the best part of idyllic Razlog Valley adjacent to the ski resort of Bansko.

“Given the current prices, the value of the property will surely increase substantially over the next year or two. When compared to other nearby projects, the prices are extremely attractive and very good value for money.”

Spread over 7,500 square metres of land, The Balkan Jewel consists of 160 residential units, and includes various amenities namely: a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a mini market, a gym, a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi and a massage

parlour.

The mix of apartments varies from studios to one and and two-bedroom apartments, most of which enjoy stunning south-facing views of the Pirin Mountains and an 18-hole golf course designed by Ian Woosnam (Ryder cup captain 2006).
