The HSBC Cares For Children Fund has contributed towards the extension of the school library at St Benedict Primary School, Kirkop. The school is currently in the process of stocking the library with new sets of educational material, including teaching and professional development resources as well as journals.

Other sections in the library being enhanced include the reference section, Melitensia, Melitensia fiction, non-fiction, junior and intermediate English fiction, and fiction in foreign languages.
