In line with its strategic plan to strengthen its position in the northern part of the Maltese islands, Dhalia opened a second branch in St Paul’s Bay recently.

The branch, which is in Triq it-Turisti corner with Triq il-Mulett, Qawra, will be managed by Damian Galea together with a manager assistant and three property consultants.

The new branch will provide an array of services from property consultations to investment opportunities and valuations. As with all Dhalia employees, personnel at the Qawra branch are extremely versatile and experienced in the real estate business. Prior to their employment each employee undergoes intensive training to familiarise themselves with all procedures related to property sales and letting.
