Vodafone Malta Ltd has announced that from 1 July to 31 August, customers subscribing to the Vodafone Infinity post paid rate plan will get 1,000 minutes of free calls per month when calling other Vodafone Malta and local fixed numbers.

For just Lm16.74 (EUR39) per month, customers subscribing to Vodafone Infinity will also benefit from a Lm52 voucher to be applied to the purchase of a handset upon signing a two-year contract deal. A one time set-up charge of Lm0.043c (EUR0.10c) applies for each call when calling Vodafone mobile numbers and fixed lines, while calls in excess of the 1,000 free minutes and to other local mobile operators will be charged at Lm0.082c (EUR0.191), offering customers low call rates and great value.

“Vodafone is the first and only local operator to offer its customers 1,000 free minutes per month when calling Vodafone Malta numbers as well as local fixed numbers. In addition to that, we are offering customers the possibility to choose a handset from our exclusive portfolio, at a discount of Lm52 and last but not least, low call rates when calling other local mobile operators,” said Vodafone business segment marketing manager Maria vella-Galea. “As always, Vodafone is always at the forefront when offering schemes to its customers and we are already thinking ahead by keeping in mind euro prices. EUR39 will be the rate customers subscribing to this tariff will be charged in January 2008”.
