Only a few weeks after opening a new branch office in Marsascala, Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd has opened its 10th branch office, in Mellieha. The branch is located right in the heart of the village at 53 Gorg Borg Olivier Street, opposite the Bank of Valletta.

The area is buzzing with tourist activity, with shops, restaurants, hotels and banks lining the busy street.

The branch will be offering existing clients of the company as well as new ones, its full range of services, including the sale and letting of residential and commercial property from its large database of properties located throughout Malta and Gozo.

In addition, the property management service and the after sales consultancy service will also be available to both foreign and local clients.

“The company felt that with the number of new developments in the area that are on the market, like Tas-Sellum and the new Ville Michel, as well as other developments that are earmarked to come on the market this year, including the Mistra Village development, the need to have a regional office in the area has long been felt,” said managing director Joseph Lupi.

“The convenience to our existing clients in areas like Santa Maria Estate, Il-Kortin and similar developments also led the company to move its operations closer to the area. In addition, the office will also cater for the many clients that the company brings over on inspection visits every year and who stay in hotels located in the area,” Mr Lupi concluded.
