Yellow Pages has re structured its management team into a two-tier format. The Board of Directors promoted its financial controller – John Muscat (right) to form part of the executive management team.

Mr Muscat graduated in Accountancy in 1989. He is a Fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Malta Institute of Accountants.

Between 1993 and 1999 he worked for the Farsons Group in the position of Chief Accountant of Food Chain (Holdings) Ltd and in 1994 was promoted to Manager Finance of Simonds Farsons Cisk.

In 2000 Mr. Muscat joined Yellow Pages, and has been instrumental in assisting the board to devise new financial and business strategies, which paved the way for the rapid expansion of the company.
