HSBC Mosta Area has been presented with the Bank’s Area Award for Best Customer Service, after coming out first in a survey covering the period January to April 2007. HSBC awards its branches on a regular basis in order to recognise collective team effort, high levels of customer satisfaction and overall quality. HSBC Mosta Area has recorded the highest customer satisfaction score ever registered for HSBC’s branch network.
HSBC Mosta Area has since been merged with Birkirkara Area to form the Northern Area.
“These results underline our ongoing commitment to give
customers excellent levels of customer service, making HSBC ‘The Best Place To Bank’,” said Ray Briffa, Head of Channel Management at HSBC.
