On 22 June the Malta Financial Services Authority resolved, on regulatory grounds, to cancel the Investment Services Licence of Montaigne Investment (Malta) Limited in terms of its powers under Article 7(1) of the Investment Services Act of 1994.

This decision became final and operative with effect from 22 July.

Accordingly, the company is no longer authorised to provide any investment services within the meaning of the Act.
