During the practical conference “Malta is open for business”’ held in Malta earlier this month, British developer Andrew Cross had the opportunity to address a group of Russian delegates.
Mr Cross spoke about his experience of acquiring resident status here in Malta and about the legal process and property purchase. He then explained the benefits of acquiring property in one of Malta’s special designated area (SDA) status developments, which is free of government permissions and approvals for all foreign nationals.
Finally, he introduced his recent development of Madliena Village, in which he invested heavily in the upgrading of facilities and external finishes since 2005. Madliena Village acquired SDA status earlier this year.
Mr Cross invited the Russian delegates for a guided tour of Madliena Village in order to experience the idyllic residential development for themselves.
