Sara Grech Limited celebrated its annual awards ceremony at the Westin Dragonara Resort. “Each year gives us all another chance of being thankful for what we have achieved,” said Sara Grech. “Staff all look forward to this day each year to celebrate the time we have spent together organising our resources to achieve long term organisational goals. This event provides a definite direction for the achievement of long term success.”

The awards event took off early in the day with staff being split into various mixed branch groups to take part in various team building games, one of which was Trivial Pursuits, a game that tests a player's ability to answer general knowledge and popular culture questions. This event was won by M Valentino, M Cauchi, S Sammut, M Borg, S Fabri, A DelRe and M Gatt. Each team member was awarded a book related to various topics such as leadership, teamwork, time management, organisational skills and more.

Another event was organised and this time the teams had to leave the resort to find the items listed in the treasure hunt to win a much-deserved meal at Palios restaurant. This was won by S. Coleiro, A. Camilleri, L. Farrugia, A. Vella, P. Farrugia, L. Staples, K. De Leonardo, and this ended with a thank you note to Sara Grech read out by Tony Camilleri.

Certificates for achievements as well as financial awards were presented. Sara Grech expressed a final thank you and a clearly defined direction for 2007 – 2008. All staff and employees were awarded with a personalised hamper gift assembled by Sara herself. Sara Grech felt proud that they entrusted her with their time and positive energy and joined her in the making of a good, productive and well balanced company, which today is a leading one in the real estate industry.
