All Emirates Airline customers can now select and secure their preferred seats on their flights when they book and purchase their tickets on-line at www.emirates.com.
Previously available only to customers who bought First and Business class tickets on-line, Emirates is now making this feature available to customers booking on-line for all classes of travel. The award-winning airline has launched this convenient on-line service across its global websites, making it immediately available to customers in more than 50 countries served by Emirates across Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Australasia.
Effective immediately, all travellers who purchase their Emirates flight tickets on-line can select and book their seats for the flight from available seats at the time of purchase. This ensures that on the day of travel, customers can proceed to the airport with peace of mind knowing that their preferred seats have been secured.
All Emirates customers can also check-in for their flights between 24 and two hours in advance of flight departure via the Internet, and select their seats from those available at the time.
Customers will be informed that exit row seats onboard any flight can only be allocated at airport check-in counters, as per international aviation regulations.
Emirates currently flies to 92 destinations in 59 countries from its Dubai hub. On 1 July, the fast-growing airline launched daily flights to Venice, and later this year will also start services to Newcastle (UK), Sao Paulo (Brazil), Toronto (Canada), Ahmedabad (India) and Houston (USA).
Emirates flies five times weekly from Dubai to Malta via Larnaca in Cyprus, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on the Boeing 777-200.
