Joseph E Grech has been appointed to the board of directors of KDM Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Mr Grech began his career with Barclays Bank International where he remained for 11 years. He moved to the Gasan Group in 1976 and occupied the position of managing director of Gasan Insurance Agency Ltd for 24 years. He was the first appointed managing director of GasanMamo Insurance Agency Ltd. He spent a further three years in the executive role of operations director of Melita Cable. More recently, Mr Grech was executive chairman of MSB Valletta Ltd, the survey and loss-adjusting company, for three years.
