Azzjoni Nazzjonali deputy chairman and entrepreneur Anglu Xuereb called for better public accountability, better roads and an upgraded Valletta and Cottonera.
Speaking at AN headquarters last Sunday, Mr Xuereb criticised the main parties as being vote-fixated and said Malta is the only country in Europe with just two parties in Parliament.
He called for more seriousness in using public funds, when so many capital projects cost far more than planned and take more time to be completed, for a more transparent choice of tenders, for better accountability all around and for better site management regulations.
