The government is issuing a call for proposals from airlines to operate an underserved route – Venice-Malta. It will be published in tomorrow’s Government Gazette and will be advertised in international trade websites.
The call is open until Thursday 18 October.
The call, which will also be online tomorrow on the website of the Department of Information www.doi.gov.mt opens up the possibility for airlines to operate three times a week to Malta from Venice, Italy.
