Bay Street was alive with music last Sunday as popular Italian singer Ron, together with Maltese singer Tristan B, entertained the crowds of fans who gathered at the complex. Tristan B, who was later joined at Bay Street’s Rotunda by Ron, sang songs from his latest album Fallen Angel.

Later in the evening Ron was invited to leave his handprint in Bay’s Celebrity Street. Popular local singer Georgina, who composes Tristan B’s music together with her husband Paul Abela, also left her handprint that evening.

Ron was greeted warmly by his fans gathered at Bay Street and was very receptive to the general atmosphere.

During the event on Sunday, spot prizes were given away to the public by Go Mobile. An after-event party was hosted at Bay Street by Hard Rock Café.

Ivana Spagna, who joins Tristan B and Ron in the Siamo Noi concert, will be at Bay Street tomorrow at 7pm and, together with Maestro Paul Abela, will also leave her handprint in Celebrity Street.

The organisers said the Siamo Noi concert, which was to be held tomorrow, will be held on 5 October due to unforseen circumstances.

All those who purchased tickets for this concert can exchange them for the new ones, which are being sold at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, St Nicholas Confectionery (Siggiewi) and Natius Ola’ (Zurrieq).
