For the third consecutive year, Frank Salt Real Estate has been conferred the title “Best Real Estate Agency in Malta 2007”, the major international property award in the industry, sponsored by CNBC.
The company has been awarded the only five-star award in this category. Frank Salt Real Estate received another two top awards: Best Real Estate Agency Marketing in Malta 2007 and Best Real Estate Agency Website in Malta 2007, receiving a five star and a four star classification respectively.
Also a first for a Maltese real estate company, Frank Salt Real Estate has been nominated for the top award of the competition; that of Best Estate Agency Worldwide. Only five agencies can be nominated for this award and the winner will be announced at the National Association of Realtors in Las Vegas in November.
Company chairman Frank Salt and director Grahame Salt received the awards at the award-giving ceremony held at the London Marriot Hotel in Grosvenor Square earlier this month. Over 500 guests and participants from 56 countries attended this annual event.
The International Property Awards aim to distinguish the highest levels of achievement in a range of property-related fields. These awards are truly global, with entrants allowed from any country. Award categories encompass estate agents, property developers, architects, interior designers and many other areas of the residential property trade.
Award applications are judged by a panel of high profile international judges, each specialising in specific areas of the property industry. Participants are assessed based on their standing locally and internationally, qualifications and experience of their staff, service standards, marketing activity and other related criteria.
“We are not only happy but honoured with the results particularly with the nomination for Best Real Estate Agency Worldwide. Should we win this, it will be an achievement not only for us but for Malta as a country.” said managing director Joseph Lupi. “Of course we are always confident of the level of service we offer our customers. However, being recognised by such prestigious international authority confirms our commitment and puts Frank Salt Real Estate and Malta at large on the international property map. This achievement is the result of the collective effort of our team, particularly the marketing division, as well as all our property consultants and branch personnel.”
