Court: Man Accused of forging VRT certificate

A man was yesterday accused of forging a Vehicle Roadworthiness Test certificate between 16 and 17 August two years ago.

Biagio Muscat, 52, from Zejtun, pleaded not guilty to forging the certificate, making false declarations and forging public documents.

Before magistrate Jacqueline Padovani, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him.

Police Inspector Angelo Gafa prosecuted while Dr Jose Herrera and Dr Franco Debono appeared for the accused.
