Extended Service from BOV branches

Bank of Valletta announced that, with immediate effect, a number of its branches will be operating on an extended schedule on particular days of the week between 4.30 and 7pm. This extended service from the Bank’s branches is intended to continue to improve on the service that the Bank offers its customers.

Customers visiting BOV branches during the extended opening hours will be able to effect a wide range of banking transactions including opening new accounts, applying for bancassurance products, collective investment schemes, home loans, personal loans, debit and credit cards, 24x7 banking service packages, standing orders and also make orders for

stockbroking transactions.

When speaking about this new customer service initiative being launched by Bank of Valletta, Alan Cassar, executive head responsible for sales and product development said, “We are once again this year responding proactively to our customers’ needs, opening our branches in the evening to offer added value and more convenience to our customers.”

Mr Cassar added, “We constantly strive to make the customer experience more straightforward by simplifying interactions and products at all touch-points. This is being reflected in the strong ratings for quality of service that Bank of Valletta is getting through its market research. Through this initiative we hope to continue to improve further on the service we are offering in the best interest of our customers.”
