Jimmy brings with him years of experience of the hospitality business. He has worked in leading hotels such as Bilderberg Hotel & Restaurants, Mariott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts He has extrovert personality, is a self-starter and a people’s manager. He has an eye for detail and a ‘sky’s the limit’ attitude.

Jimmy Sarfraz is of Dutch nationality. He has been with his partner Valeria for 11 years and together they have a 5 year old daughter Isabella.

Jimmy’s philosophy is: “ I sincerely believe that the success of an organization has nothing to do with external factors but more with management decisions the organisation makes when faced with difficult situations”.
