The Franchise Times has just named Coldwell Banker as the “number one” real estate brand in the industry for the eighth consecutive year.

Coldwell Banker was also recognised as the world’s twelfth overall best franchise organisation from among such global corporate giants as Hilton Hotels, McDonalds, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Pizza Hut and others. The Top 200 Franchise Organisations is an annual ranking by The Franchise Times, the news and inform-ation source for the industry.

The organisation has just opened an office in Qormi, and will be opening two more offices in Msida and St Paul’s Bay in January.
