Actavis Ltd, located in Bulebel, participated in the Foresta 2000 Campaign as part of its corporate social responsibility programme and its commitment towards the local community and environment.

Actavis employees participated in a tree-planting weekend in October, beneath the Red Tower, in Mellieha and joined a large-scale joint effort to plant 6,000 trees. The trees replaced the 3,000 trees vandalised on the night of 8 May. Foresta 2000 is an afforestation project carried out in conjunction with Din l-Art Helwa and Birdlife.
