As part of the Christmas celebrations and to raise money for the restoration of the organ fund, there will be a Christmas Concert at St Paul's Anglican Cathedral on Thursday at 7pm.

The concert organiser is vocal coach Arleen J. Barlow who will be presenting students of her vocal studio.

Nearly all the music presented will be new to the Maltese audience and there will be no carols.

The Christmas songs will be accompanied on the digital piano by the resident studio pianists Martina Falzon and Geoffrey Tanti.

The singers participating in the Concert are sopranos Arleen Barlow, Katherine Brown, Kimberley Grech and Alexander Alden and the mezzos Claire Aquilina, Danica Sammut and Francesca Zarb and Damian Buhagiar.

David Johnson who is one of the Cathedral’s resident organists will start and end the concert with a series of Christmas melodies.
