Bank of Valletta was one of the main sponsors of the the second edition of the fund raising motor and bike show Paqpaqli Ghall-Istrina, held on Sunday at the MFCC Tent, Ta’ Qali.

A brand new Hummer H3 was driven down to Malta from The Netherlands specifically for this event. The Hummer H3 is the latest model to be launched by Hummer and was one of the main attractions at the show. During the event, 18 car and motorcycle clubs were invited to attend, and over 300 cars took part.

The funds raised were presented during the live broadcast of Istrina 2007 yesterday. Bank of Valletta’s support to this event is over and above the BOV Istrina Campaign 2007 held between November and December with Bank of Valletta donating over 7,000 piggy banks to schools in Malta and Gozo.
