IoH Signs collaboration agreement with Victoria Hotel

The Institute of Hospitality has recently signed a collaboration agreement with the Victoria Hotel. Through this partnership, The Victoria Hotel will be offering the Institute the use of meeting facilities and other services to members.

A plaque will be placed outside the hotel’s main entrance indicating that Victoria Hotel is the meeting place of the Institute of Hospitality.

Tony Coliero Chairman of the IoH, on behalf of the Management and Board Directors of the Hotel expressed his gratitude towards Claire Xuereb, General Manager of the Victoria Hotel, for offering the Institute this possibility.

Mr Coleiro said that “It has become a priority to be affiliated to this elite body of hospitality professionals. Affiliation also includes a number of benefits including the granting of free and exclusive access to our valuable range of information sources and services and access to our innovative virtual library, various special programmes, international conferences and small business seminars that are organised from time to time.” Mr Coleiro also spoke of the key benefit of membership of which gives members the opportunity to meet other like-minded business men and women, working within the hospitality industry, during different society events and to make use of our network opportunities worldwide.

Ms Xuereb stated that the collaboration agreement is in line with the hotel’s policy to promote constant professional commitment, together with the endorsement of professionalism and the highest standards and practices within the hotel and hospitality industry in general.
