British Airways today confirmed that it will continue to fly a daily service to London Gatwick, replacing the route currently operated by its franchisee partner GB Airways.
From 30 March 2008 the flights will be operated by BA mainline using Boeing 737’s.
The full service flights, which will include complimentary food and drinks, business and economy class cabins, will offer a daily departure from Malta at 05.25. The return flight will leave Gatwick at 21.55.
James Stagno Navarra, British Airways manager for Malta said, “We have a long history of serving both business and leisure customers flying from Malta to London and we are confident that with our full onboard service and low prices, this route will continue to be very popular.”
