APS Bank Changes base rate

APS Bank has announced that with effect from tomorrow its base rate is being reduced from 4.25 per cent to four per cent
This new base rate is below the eurozone’s customary benchmark rate. Therefore APS Bank will be reviewing its position on an ongoing basis in view of market considerations.
