Bank of Valletta has inaugurated the first ATM at Mater Dei Hospital. The BOV ATM is located in the Mater Dei main entrance lobby and is designed to offer easy access to a number of banking services to medical staff, patients and visitors.

“We are delighted to be the first bank to provide an ATM at Mater Dei, offering a straightforward and efficient way of withdrawing cash, transferring money between bank accounts, topping up one’s mobile phone and carrying out a number of other transactions to all those who visit the hospital,” said Ray Azzopardi, Executive Head responsible for IT Services at Bank of Valletta. “At Bank of Valletta, we pride ourselves to be the bank that is close to the community, offering a genuine and caring service. The installation of the first ATM at Mater Dei by BOV shows that we continue to be at the forefront in providing effective and efficient banking services close to our customers,” added Mr. Azzopardi.

Mr Azzopardi added that the new BOV ATM blends in well with the modern environment at Mater Dei. “The Mater Dei Hospital boasts state of the art medical facilities designed to provide a better environment for patients, staff and visitors. Indeed, the installation of this new BOV ATM is aimed at enhancing these services by providing a range of electronic banking services, 24 hours a day”, concluded Mr Azzopardi.
