The UHM’s government workers section has instructed employees affected by a court administration memo to ignore the memo relating to employees who work in pools.

The union is complaining about lack of consultation and a shortage of employees. It has asked for an analysis of how many employees have ended or will be ending their employment and how many replacements were needed, but nothing has been done.

The union said it will be holding a meeting for employees who work in the pools system to consider what industrial action to take if lack of consultation continues.
