Chef Jonathan Vella and his team will definitely impress you with their vast culinary skills. During this gastronomic event, Jonathan Vella and his team will design a three course lunch around a particular theme that will surely tantalise your taste buds.

The theme chosen for the first Sunday of February, tomorrow, is artichokes.

An enticing three course lunch offering the delicious Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli with an artichoke and smoked pecan nut salad and creamy pumpkin sauce for starters then followed by either the Fillets of Fresh Fish with a herb crust, wrapped in filo pastry with a comfit of artichoke and prawns, drizzled with sun dried tomato vinaigrette or the Breast of Chicken stuffed with mushrooms and bacon, with an artichoke and lemon risotto and red wine jus for main course, simply appetizing.

And what better way to end your Sunday lunch than to savour the mouth-watering taste of the Mascarpone and Blueberry Tartlet with a prune compote and cynar granita, all freshly prepared by the Chef himself.

This exquisite Sunday lunch is being offered for the unique price of e26.79 (Lm11.50).
