Once again, the Chinese New Year, will be celebrated at InterContinental Malta’s signature restaurant, Eastern Breeze, until 13 February. Award winning Chef Karyanto has created a special a la carte menu for this occasion, to treat Eastern Breeze patrons to his authentic delicacies.

Among other authentic and interesting Chinese dishes, starters include crispy prawns in tempura batter, assorted dim sum and wonton soup.

Main courses include firm favourites like crispy aromatic duck served with rice pancakes and special treats like garlic sugar chicken and pork pancakes. Seafood dishes include sweet and sour salmon and sizzling prawns.

A variety of vegetables, fried rice and noodles will be served and a selection of delicious desserts can be chosen from.

For the fourth consecutive year, Eastern Breeze has been voted one of Malta’s top restaurants in the survey carried out by the Definitive(ly) Good Guide.
